Reposition the oven plug and switch to another wall in the kitchen. Please note this is a 1950s artdeco apartment block with concrete block walls. There is access to an underfloor space. This is in a block of 6 apartments and there is no roof / ceiling access as the property is on the ground floor with a unit above it.
