General wiring and electrical updates

We've recently moved into a new house and have a few electrical jobs we'd like to do to 'make it ours' :) The main to-do list is: re-wire TV so power and aerial cables are hidden in the chimney cavity and the freeview box/dvd player etc are mounted in the open fireplace cavity (fireplace is dead); the lights in one of the spare rooms are on two circuits, with one light running off one switch, and the other three on another switch - we'd like these put on one switch; add in a couple of extra power points around the place; remove existing light fitting in the dining room and install a new chandelier; change out the light fitting above the front door with an LED fitting. There may be other small things that pop up along the way, but that's the crux of it!!
