Electrical issue with oven

Hey there! I have a problem with my oven, it seems to have a jumping electrical connection at the back of it. I don't think it needs to be replaced but a handyman and its tools could probably do something to fix it. Please answer with call-out prices, it doesn't seems to require more than an hour to fix the connectors.
