Not applicable is part of the main board - recommend an electrical check is performed WIRING TYPE / CONDITION:.'TPS' modern wiring has been installed and old tinned copper braid wrapped type – further inspections by a certified electrician to assess the quantity and replace will be required (Note: Wiring, transformers or specialist equipment concealed within the wall cavity or outside the boundaries of reasonable viewing cannot be assessed) Comments: The electrical wiring loom in the property appears in working order (where reasonable veiwing allows). Old tinned copper wiring is still in use. Installation of security lights - back and front of house. Install power to garage.
