Electrical odd jobs

We need a registered electrician with a long ladder to do a few small general electrical jobs. We have a heated towel rail and timer switch (provided) to install into a bathroom and 3 sets of old spotlights to decommission in the kitchen. There's also a set of spotlights in the bathroom which has a couple of lights that don't work properly that we'd like investigated. The long ladder is required to install a smoke alarm (provided) and a couple of light bulbs (provided) into a high pitched ceiling - not major jobs that we couldn't do ourselves, but our ladder won't reach!!
