Small rewiring job

I have 3 sets of double switched lights. One set (a) has a small current when switched off. The current causes a 5w LED bulb to flash intermittently. Its been like this for years but I have just noticed. I would like the switch rewired to eliminate this. Door: 2 switches (a) and (b) Centre: 3 switches (a) and (b) plus (c) Kitchen: 1 switch (c)
