Bathroom Fan

The fan in the bathroom has decided to stop/die and the resulting odour from the 3 males in the house is driving my wife to an early drink each night. Help! The fan went in nearly 10 years ago so may need repair or replacement.

Phil did a great job of communicating with us, was right on schedule for timing and left a very tidy work space afterwards. I was a little surprised that the bill was more than my original guide line but understand why and I think we have a more powerful fan than the one replaced, so overall very happy. Have already recommended to family members.
