Garden Pump Fix and Lighting

Hi, I need a water feature repaired – the pump has stopped pumping. The power to the pump is fine and works, it just doesn't pump the water. We also have some old lighting that was used in the garden that needs to be cut and tied off. We want to leave it available for the next buyer of the property to add lighting or if you can come up with an affordable lighting solution we might consider replacing it.
