Replace halogen downlights with LEDs

We require an electrician to replace our halogen downlights in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry with LED downlights fitted into the existing inserts. We would also like the footwell lights on our stairs (probably an old 12V system; no longer working) changed to LED lights. Some minor electrical work also to be completed, including some outlets which should be converted to double plugs. We would like to coordinate the timing of this work with the installation of a new fibre connection by Chorus. Please call me to discuss likely costs, including your rates for the downlight work.
