Lounge Plug Point/Wall Light Installation

Hello I'm in the need of having a wall light installed plus having wall power points installed on two adjacent walls, The property have fully setup attic space easy access to wire and theirs space to crowl under the property too. Theirs mains RCD and it is available to use should you need. The house is a 1935 Weatherboard Bunglow that was renovated not so long ago so just needs these things sorted for tv in the lounge their are existing power-points in the same room around 1/5 meter's on a different wall. .
