1. We had a towel rail added to the lights circuit, and a washing machine and dryer to the power circuit and now one light doesn't work and fuse trips when using all appliances at the same time. 2. A bedroom was divided into two bedrooms and now lights don't work in one of bedrooms. Could be the cause of problem no. 1. 3. We have another apartment with say layout that also has a bulb blowing in one light all the time, could be similar issue or light fixture needs replacing.- will buy light fixure now to be fitted. These issues need investigation and giving a fixed price for resolution. I would expect to pay around $50 per hr Inc GST. I would also expect this to only take a few hours work.

I found Kris easy to deal with, he was up front and did exactly what he said he would. I would highly recommend Kris and we will use him as our preferred Electrician from now on. Thanks Kris.
