Quote to rewire a 1940s house

We have a 1940's house with original switch board and some original vaulcanised wiring. We want to get the switch board replaced and moved outside with an internal circuit breaker board inside. All the original wiring must be replaced as well. In addition to this we would also like: - New double power outlets throughout the house - Audio speaker ports - Ethernet ports - A couple of belkin light switches - Installation of outdoor security cameras - Outdoor motion lights - Re-lay the line to the submain in the garage. We would like an itemised quote, as some options might be out of our price range. Weekends only please.
