Repluging Electrical appliance

I need a licensed electrician I have 2 machines purchased in american which they have rewired to NZ conditions the plugs have been cut and replaced to NZ standard I need to use these machines in a commercial kitchen where they have a PDL 32 amp 4 pin plug. The plug that is already there is a 5 pin plug I have attached all the paper work for the machines that will help you any questions please ask or call on --- .
