Electrical Certificate for Insurance

We need a certificate from an electrician to give to our insurance company to say that the house has been rewired and that it is satisfactory. It is a 100 yr old villa that was renovated 12 years ago (before we bought it) and all the wiring seems new with a new switchboard, the insurance company just wants something in writing so we can increase our cover from 'market value' to 'replacement value'.
