Installation of 240v Power and a Ceiling Mount for a Projector

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment off K Rd in Auckland City. I recently bought a short throw projector which I'd like to mount from the ceiling. Do do this it seems I need to get: - 240v power in my ceiling for the projector to plug in to. - installation of my projector mount to my ceiling. - a tidy way for me to use a 10-15 meter HDMI cable from the mounted short throw HD projector to a tablet/laptop (perhaps thread cable through the ceiling to the wall behind the couch, or ceiling brackets, or something else). The mount I have to be installed is a TRIDENT --- UNIVERSAL TELESCOPIC PROJECTOR MOUNT ( --- ) The projector I want powered through the ceiling is an Acer H6517ST Short Throw projector. ( --- ) The ceiling is about 5 meters high and slopes. I've attached a picture that I hope is of some use.
