HI, We need an extraction fan in our bathroom - we want a powerful one as there is a toilet next door and the gib does not go right up to the ceiling in between so the steam goes in there also - there is a small extraction fan in the toilet but it seems to be mainly for smells as it doesnt suck any of the steam out.The unit will probably need to go in the wall as we have exposed beams in our ceiling -the ceiling is high and steeply sloped and made up with beams of wood throughout the house sloping up to a point in the middle of the house (design feature)and I want the steam to go outside not into the roof if possible. I would like a price for a unit including a heater and one that is on a timer that will switch itself off but the fan is the primary concern. I would like a quote including labour and the unit - painting we will do later. The house is a townhouse with two levels.

Everything is working well Arthur did a good job and was the only person to consider accessing the fan and having one unit work for both rooms. The job was fairly tricky so did cost a bit more than the original quote. This was fine but should have been communicated on the day of the job rather than afterwards. I am happy with the job and would recommend AFA Electrical.

"Thanks. the job took me easy 4 hours extra more than what i quote it for.
I did mention at the same day that i will add something , but i had to check installing timer. it was so tricky for the size of the fan and the gap that we had. after all no problem everything was good and happy to hear that.thanks"
