Fibre wiring, jackpoint & switches

We are getting Fibre installed in our apartment and need the optical cables run along ceiling then down walls to the planned ONT location next to existing power outlet. Fibre cable is already in the ceiling. We also require: a power jack point to be moved approx 1 foot to the right; replace broken oven/hob double switch; and install two light switches into the wall (these are already wired, but are in a boundary wall between apartments and I think they need a bracket each.
