Easy wiring job

hi, i had a heat pump installed and the installer put some wires in so i could mount and exterior light. i have fitted the light but cant manage to get it to work. having trouble wiring up the double light switch i think. hopefully a really quick and easy job for someone who knows what they're doing. based in remuera so if someone has another job in the area this week could pop in for ten minutes and sort it out.
