My house is 16 years old and it's been rented out on and off for the past 9 years so it's dated and quite worn. I'm making a start redoing the bathrooms, basically just replacing everything in the current locations, re-tiling the floor/walls and painting. I would like one person to prime the work and arrange the necessary tradesmen to complete their respective areas of expertise. Here's what I'm looking at doing: Downstairs toilet (2m x 1m) ------------------------------------ Remove vanity, toilet, remove tiles to floor, lay new tiles to floor, re plumb for new vanity & toilet, fit new vanity & toilet & paint ceilings & wall. Upstairs bathroom (3m x 2m) --------------------------------------- Remove vanity,bath, toilet, bath glass door,floor tiles. Replumb for new vanity, toilet,bath,slide shower, fit new vanity, toilet,bath,new floor linings to walls behind new tiles, lay new tiles to floor, tile walls to 1m high, paint walls & ceiling, fit new three n one fan/light unit Upstairs ensuite (2m x 2m) ------------------------------------ Remove vanity,shower, toilet, bath glass door,tiles to walls & floor. Replumb for new vanity, toilet,shower, fit new vanity, toilet,bath,new linings behind new floor tiles, lay new tiles to floor & walls, tile walls to 1m high, paint walls & ceiling, fit new three n one fan/light unit
