Switching light switch caused a big blue light behind the switch and the fuse blew

A while back, I turned on the light at the front door, there was a big blue flash of light emitted from behind the light switch and a big popping sound. It blew the fuse marked "light" and also the big black switch marked "residual current device". I switched the black switch back on but I don't want to try the light fuse or light switch again until I get it checked out. I posted this job at the time it happened but my work was really busy then and I wasn't able to answer any responses. I really need it looked at soon though.
