Installing Heated Towel Rail in bathroom

I need to get the pictured Heated Towel rail installed in my bathroom. There is already some power sockets on the wall (as per photo) near where I need it to be installed. I have also included a photo of the heated towel rail I already have on hand ready to be installed. I would like to know a price/how long an install would take. Thanks!
