Not sure what is wrong, my hot water just stopped working. I have had a little look and have come to the conclusion that it is the wiring into the hot water cylinder. I could however be completely wrong. Please help, cold showers are no fun.

The guy who came over was very good and explained things to me as he was doing it. He told me what was the best option to be done but gave me choices. The water was fixed but then broke again due to another problem. The guy came back the next day and worked around my schedule to come back. He found the second problem and fixed that quickly. My only issue was this company do not take credit card. I should have checked before I got them to come round. All else was fantastic.
