Rewiring a 1920's bungalow

We need a licenced electrician to rewire a 1920's bungalow. The floor area of the entire house is 131 sqm. There are four rooms, a hall way and a bathroom/toilet in the old part of the house and a open kitchen/dining room, bedroom and en suite in the 1980's extension. The switchboard needs replacing. Power points need to be added to each room so that there is a minimum of 4 double power points per room. We also need an outdoor light installed in the front porch..
