New bathroom and toilet heater/fan and outdoor lights.

I need to replace the old bathroom heater/fan (2 heat lamps) with a new one with 4 lamps. The old heater will go to the toilet. It may replace the current light fitting. I need an old outdoor light to be replaced with new spot lights. I haven't bought the spot lights yet.
