install power point in cupboard and install outdoor sensor lights

This job has 3 parts 1) Install double power point in cupboard 2) Replace existing outdoor sensor light 3) Install new outdoor sensor light in place of existing standard outdoor light For both sensor's lights I will provide the parts. The house in question is in Westmere and is a bungalow. Access under the house is very easy. Access into the ceiling is very easy access via actic stairs. The job is very straight forward. Upon completion please provide an certificate for the work completed.
