Window Frame repair and repaint

Wooden windows on a concrete house leak in strong driving rain from around the frame. Other windows need exterior repainting and hinge replacement.

Sealing a leaky door frame/Fixing toilet cistern

Job 1: The wooden french doors on our house leak at the bottom and the water has damaged the carpet inside. The doors need to be sealed along the bottom. Job 2: The toilet cistern has a small leak out of a 'bung.' It needs sealing. I need a fixed quote for this job, which should be possible with the photos I've attached, rather than a separate site visit. However, access is no problem if you want to have a look first.

Realignment of Kitchen Doors

Hinges were replaced on kitchen doors so that the doors would open easier however now the handle/lock isn't meeting the other door so it doesn't shut - it is an exit door to the building - unwilling to use previous builder.

Replace Window

Need old aluminium window(s) taken out and replaced. Large window with two seperate panes, metal latch snapped off during storm causing the glass to smash. Looking to have entire frame taken out (from concrete wall) and replaced, preferably with one that slides rather than opens straight out. May opt to have indentical frame on other side of the room replaced as well due to age and wear, depending on overall cost.
