I have taken photo of window downstairs to show what I think the problem is. So in the bathroom upstairs is the actually window that needs fixing. I think the aluminum that is connected to the framework and window has come away from frame and only hanging on by one side, have circled where I think the problem is. And I also have in photo a piece of wood that is coming off house that needs attention. This is to the right from bathroom window or does the have to be fixted from someone else

Thanks to Alvin he did a great job replacing hinge in bathroom window and tacking back a piece of wood that was sticking out of house. Great communication, on time and a very nice chappy. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again AA++
