Lever action door handle - you can lock unlock but when you push down on it it doesn’t open. The latch (?) doesn’t retract leaving the door unable to open.

Highly recommend Russ. He responded to my request and rang me back on Saturday night to provide me with a price and to organise a time to fix my door lock on Monday. He was on time with job completed to price. Would 100% use him again and recommend him to others.
