Window replacement

My son put his head through one of our ranch slider windows. Thankfully he is ok!! But the window isn’t. Looking for worse case scenario quotes please. So the maximum one would charge. We live in Loburn, North Canterbury. The inside measurements of the frame measure 1065mm by 775mm. Cottage was built in the 70s?? When all the lock wood homes went up. The aluminum windows seem to be drafty in heavy winds and there is condensation on cold mornings. I think the seals may need to be replaced or something added to prevent a draft and heat escaping.

Non opening window in a room is to be replaced with window with one or more panes that can be opened. Currently 2 non open able panes each 1 m wide x 1.8 m high. Happy to have this spilt top/bottom with the top opening or similar.
