We have a exterior aluminium sliding door that we want replaced with retro french door. We have the door ready to replace, but need a building to install. Note that the new door is 400mm smaller then the existing aluminium door and may require additional framing to accommodate.

Older style roller doors - side has come out

As shown in the pictures. The joinery framing has come loose from the glass and needs to be re-fitted. To note there are 3 roller doors in total, one is fine. One is starting to come loose and this one is almost fully off the glass.

Bay windowsill and fascia repairs x2

Large bay window with swollen internal windowsills due to damaged seals and cracked outside bottom fascia. Smaller kitchen bay window same issue but with slightly less damage to the outside fascia, this window would also benefit from adding bracing from the external wall for the corner of the window away from the external wall.

I would like a single pine with plywood door made which is a "barn door" with the bottom having a counter on it, I have the old barn door than can be copied to ger the sizes and look correct for the replacement, I have also supply materials if need be.
