Replace lounge wooden window with sliding door in brick house

We would like to replace a wooden window with a double glazed aluminium sliding door (similar to the picture below in the white brick house). The colour aluminium joinery we would like is Titania White. The height of the current window frame is 140cm and the width is 285cm (this measurement is from the end edge of the frames) I have attached a photo of the inside of the lounge window and I have also attached a picture of the outside of our orange brick house. The outside picture isn't of the lounge it's of the opposite side of the house, there are tenants in there until 12th Sep. We are going to build a deck outside the lounge once the sliding door is installed. We will eventually replace all of the windows in the house with double glazed aluminium when we can afford it. We would like to get this job completed as soon as possible after 12th Sep which is when the tenant's move out. We'll be moving into the house once we've done a few reno's.
