Pantry door, floor to ceiling (5 euro hinges). Thermal laminate coating on bottom half of door is coming adrift. The door will need to be removed, the laminate (which is still in one piece) will need to be reattached, replaced or the door replaced.

Weatherboard Replacement

I have a rental in Papakura. The inspection report revealed an exterior weatherboard that needs replacing. Also the window sash on the outside of the main bedroom window needs some attention. Looking at getting someone is ASAP - hopefully before Xmas to attend to this. Thank you and enjoy your day
