Exterior door replacement

We're first home buyers and have got a doer-upper. We have three exterior doors that are in terrible condition and need replacing. Rotten, old, ugly to say the least. All doors are different sizes. I need a builder to find replacement doors, remove old ones and install new ones.

Hang a new front door

Hang a new front door, was aluminium, changing to a wooden door, so door frame will need adjustment, plus install of door handle, locks etc...Picture attached of the old door and the new red door to be installed. Before christmas would be nice if possible.

Window repairs

1950 house in Tudor style (mostly). We have a number of timber windows that are not sitting/running properly and have gaps in the framing. There are also a few where the glass needs replacing. We are interested in getting a quote for double/triple glazing. We have 7 windows I think need repairs but only looking at 2 right now. Obviously if you do a good job we'll get you back for the rest!!

Repair/Rehang Cedar Front Door

My cedar front door has dropped on its hinges & needs adjustment so that it doesn't catch on the sill. I'd also like it restained and sanded back a bit to restore the exterior surface.
