Have 3 jobs need sorting. 1) 2nd floor window is starting to let water in, prob rot in the sill. Probably need to replace the old rotten sill, and the bottom beads. 2) Ground floor window has a split bead, needs to be replaced. Should be easy. 3) A ground floor door has a pane of broken glass in it, will need the glass replaced.
