Window replacement

I'm currently looking to replace one of my old windows to meet the healthy home standard regarding ventilation requirement. Specifically, I have a window that is only half opening, and I would like to replace it with a fully opening window, double glazed. The size of the window area is around 120cm width * 80cm height.
