Repair damaged hollow-core internal door
Timber Repair & Maintenance Sunnyhills, Manukau

I have an internal toilet door with damage to the lower section of the door face. The door still opens and closes normally, but part of the outer MDF/hardboard skin has cracked and pushed inward. I’m looking for someone to repair the damaged section, including filling/sanding and retaining the existing vertical groove detail as much as possible, then prime/paint the repaired area so it looks tidy. Please also let me know if replacing the whole door would be more cost-effective than repairing it....

Door Replacement / Fix
New Timber Windows & Doors Pakuranga, Manukau

Require the door facing outside to be repaired. A person fell into the door grabbing hold of the door handle and the whole outside of the door fell away with the door handle. Broken timber window frame and glass
Timber Repair & Maintenance Half Moon Bay, Manukau

Recently we had a storm in Half Moon Bay and one of our windows got damaged, with the bottom frame coming away. Looks like it's rotten and either needs replacing, or an attempt to glue back so a new piece of glass can go inside. The window frame size is 925mm x 860mm - the bottom part has come away.

Sliding door replacement with double glazed + cladding repair / weathertightness
New Aluminum Doors & Windows Totara Heights, Manukau

Previous owners replaced a window with this sliding door, the workmanship is low quality. Cladding has been broken, and the wood under the house is damp indicating a weather tightness issue. I would like a quote for repair + installation of a new double glazed door - doesn't need to be thermally broken. I have a supplier for a sliding door if required.

Window Glass & Latch Replacement
Aluminum Hardware & Closers Papatoetoe, Manukau

Hi, I need a window latch replaced. The window is approximately 40–50 years old, and I already have a new replacement latch. I managed to remove one of the square-head screws, but the other one was stuck and wouldn’t come out. Unfortunately, while trying to remove the latch, the window glass cracked. I therefore need both the window glass replaced and the window latch installed. I have the new latch with me. Could you please let me know if you can do this and provide an approximate cost?
