I have an existing wooden door that gets swelled up in the rain. it has a rotten frame. i want to replace the current wooden door with an aluminium door and frame.

Sean did a good job in fixing the rot and making the door water tight. He put a new sill which made the water to run off the base and primed it as well so we get some time to paint .
