The spring going down one side of one of our sash windows is damaged and it doesn't have a cover over it like all the other ones do. Am sending photos of the damaged one and a good one. Also we'd like to discuss security options so we can leave the windows slightly open but know no one can open them further to gain access.

Refitting 6x internal and 1-3x external doors

3x doors need hardware replaced and, because we have had flooring removed they need to be lengthened by ~3cm. Also open to the option of new doors instead. 3x door need door jambs added and to be hung. As above, doors need hardware and either lengthened or replaced with new. 1x front door replaced. Potentially rear/laundry doors as well, depending on cost, etc
