Replace old timber window for aluminum

There is signs of moisture ingress so just want to future proof but modernise also. Would ideally like to have installed black aluminum. It would be the two windows on the first bedroom of top story.

Ranch Slider or Byfold doors install quotation.

I have an aluminum/glass front door & 2 small aluminum windows that I am wanting to replace with either a Ranch Slider or Byfold doors. As there is currently dry rot on the inside windowsill this will need to be investigated further & remedy if necessary. I would like to install double glazing in the door. Happy to use a good quality 2nd hand door. As I have family who may be able to help with payment, I am only looking at costs at this stage. This job is just the beginning of my renovation...

Cavity slider sticking or dropped

Need to get someone in to look at a cavity slider that's getting stuck once closed fully. Seems like it's dropping in the front and have to lift it and persuade it to get the door back in

Showroom Finishing Off

Hi, we are getting close to opening a showroom and we are running out of time to get everything done, we need some help. The more complex stuff are: We are looking for someone to replace our entrance door (we already have replacement leaf), will need re hinging but we have the tools. Turning Aluminium door into solid timber. Also, we need to fix a display cavity to a wall (2.7m High) as well as some other smaller projects. We can do ourselves, but believe a specialist will be better and fast...

Repair to sash window spring

The spring going down one side of one of our sash windows is damaged and it doesn't have a cover over it like all the other ones do. Am sending photos of the damaged one and a good one. Also we'd like to discuss security options so we can leave the windows slightly open but know no one can open them further to gain access.

New house lot internal doors, plus four single barn doors
