Interlock Door Handle Replacement

The external bedroom door handle has been problematic for sometime. I have trouble opening and closing it. Have tried to repair it previously for replacement, but didn't have the correct screw tool. Now the door plate is showing a visible crack which is getting worse. I do not have a replacement door handle either or how or where to get a replacement.

Adjust / Instal existing Lock on Alimnium BiFold

Aluminium window not closing easily.

The aluminium window is in bathroom and about 9 years old, easy to open but when it comes to closing we have to lift the flap at the bottom up they appear to be very loose.

New windows have gone in ,so we have 4 windows and all the wooden bits to be removed. They are all whole , 2 windows are quite large they have 9 windows each, 1 has 4 windows and 1 has 2. None of the glass is broken.

The Ranch Slider on the Relocatable Cabin is catching on the base. I suspect the roller on the base is worn and is damaging the aluminum frame when sliding it open and closed.
