Replace rotten window with ranch slider

1970's house, large end window part needs removing. Top slanted windows replaced with matching weatherboard, gibbed inside, replace sill for new sliding door to run on and make good. Ranch slider has been ordered! Ready around labour day.

Create new entrance and install door

Install new entrance door (have moved the location due to damage around the old door). Support external wall with beam and bump out under the existing roof to create a small storage space. Install new entrance door. The door will move to where the metal artwork is on the wall in the attached photos.

Easy inside work

We need an internal door to be hung for a walk in wardrobe, plus a small partition wall to divide wardrobe from an internal hallway. Door, hinges, handle on site, plus timber for partition. Also some decking repairs needed outside. Time is of the essence, and owners on site next week Thursday 10 and Friday 11 March.
