Replacement of 1-2 rotten weather boards on 1890 villa. Repair of rotten corner on one non-original wooden window. Make/supply and fit short cupboard doors for an open kitchen cupboard. Make/supply and fit tall cupboard doors for a hall cupboard in period style to match period bedroom door. Make and hang new front garden gate. My daughter lives on site and can show the requirements on site.

Sam was very fair and well organised, he communicated very clearly and did the work in a timely manner. He suggested good methods and took special care to provide just what we wanted to a high standard. I'm using Sam again for other jobs we need doing.
