Hi, We have a rental property in Dunedin. 4 of the windows need new latches and aren't closing properly (may just need the wood sanded back or something), they are old wooden windows. We are just after cheapest way to repair to make them functional for a rental. 1 of the windows also has a crack in the glass and needs replacing. A cupboard in one of the bedrooms has a hole in the board so needs new gib board put up to cover the hole. The rangehood in the kitchen also isn't working and needs...

My tenants contacted me to alert me that a window frame in their bedroom had become warped and won't close completely. Unsure what has caused this.
