Window frame leak #2

Hello, with the heavy rain we discovered a leak through our window frame. The windows are new PVC but the frames are wooden. I suspect it has something to do with the house cladding, possibly deteriorating due to adjacent trees (please see photos). Would anyone be able to come and inspect and give us a quote for repair? It's probably 5m high so need a ladder for inspection and potentially scaffold for repair. Thanks a million, A

3 leaks in my house at North Road, Upper Junction: 1) An aluminum framed window in brick exterior wall. Exact leak source location not known. 2) An aluminum/timber framed sky light. Very accessible roof without ladder. Skylight can be opened. Water appears to run inside roof to corner of the skylight and drip onto bed below. Exact location of drip source unknown.
