Entrance door replacement

The front entrance door to room number 8 of the property has large gaps with the door frame (see attached photos), letting air in. I would like to request a quote to have the door replaced with a similar door but correctly sized to the door frame. The quote should include installation and painting costs while reusing as many existing door hardwares as possible. It would be great if you could tend to this with some priority as the tenant is not comfortable feeling exposed.

Dunedin City Contracting replaced and painted a wooden entrance door with great workmanship and high professionalism. Everything was done according to schedule and communications have been quick and clear. The cost is reasonable and the work is completed as quoted with no unexpected expenses.
