Widow maintenance/replacement on tiny house

I have some very old windows on a Tiny House in Bryndwr. One of these windows (the south facing one) is full of rot, and most likely needs to be fully replaced - as water is getting in when it rains heavily. Many of the other windows could probably do with a bit of maintenance as well - although I would prefer to keep the old windows as is.
