Remove self-enclosed pantry built-in cabinet

Our house has a room that used to be the kitchen in the original build. It has the original pantry storage unit and bench that we would like removed so we can sell it (non-demolish). There are two pieces and we would like to retain the molding to replace the blank wall space.

Highly recommend Hikaia - broad range of skills combined with detail orientation. We hired him for this particular job and then continued working with him on additional jobs we needed (plaster, painting, wallpaper…) will be our first call going forward with anything else.
