We need to get remove and get rid of Kitchen Sink and Cabinet. It is quite loose from the wall and think it might be an easy job but not sure how to remove the connection of the plumbing on the wall. Also I want to get rid of the whole thing.

Knock down internal wall.

I would like to knock down an internal wall so I can have an open plan kitchen/lounge. House is brick and tile built in 70s. House is slightly raised, unsure whether it's a load bearing wall. Please contact if you are able to give a free quote. Many thanks

Concrete removal

Require a small amount of concrete broken up and removed ASAP. It is entrance to garage area, aprox 2m x 5m has steel mesh through it. Good access but is a steep aprox 20m driveway.

Concrete patio removal

We need to remove a raised concrete patio approx. 4m by 2m and small concrete path in front of the patio. We also need to remove a garden next to the patio which has shrubs and yakkas. All soil and concrete will need to be removed from site as well. Patio is located at front of house and has digger access.

Removal Of Chimney and fireplace

We have a brick chimney with tv aerial and tile roof. Never used in 6 years. Would like person to remove this and seal the roof. Then I would like to remove the wall and fireplace beneath the chimney opening up the lounge. The wall on the lounge side is not a load bearing wall.
