Concrete patio removal

We need to remove a raised concrete patio approx. 4m by 2m and small concrete path in front of the patio. We also need to remove a garden next to the patio which has shrubs and yakkas. All soil and concrete will need to be removed from site as well. Patio is located at front of house and has digger access.
