Shed at back of house, approx 3m x 4m, wooden, to be demolished. Aluminum windows to be stored on site. Everything else, including contents, to be removed. Will need to be done by hand and material carried to skip.

Samuel was fine to deal with initially. He quoted $400 - $500 plus tip fees for demolishing a shed. Half way through the job we decided to pause while I considered a change of plan. An invoice for nearly $800 arrived next day. I asked for an itemised invoice. From then on Samuel's texts became agressive and defensive. I paid the invoice and he said he'd complete the job for a flat rate of another $500. I didn't accept the offer. The work he did was fine but he was horrible about the money.
