Strip walls, ceilings to master bedroom (approx. 4m x 3.5m floor area and vaulted ceiling) and bathroom (approx. 2.4m x 3m floor area and vaulted ceiling). Note this is 2nd story so you'll either need to throw the material off the deck adjoining the master bedroom to then load out and carry out on the stairs. Some work has been done as you'll see how run out of available resource to finish the job. Scope to include the removal of all material and a good sweep up at the end. Portoloo and water on-site. Available to park a small truck on a metal pad very close to the front door / deck depending on which option is preferred.
