Deconstructing a new granny flat

A near new flat with kitchen & bathroom needs to be deconstructed (dismantled) and removed offsite.
Due to it’s location behind the house, we are not interested in removing the building in full using hiabs or cranes.
For clarity, the use of hiabs or cranes will not be permitted. This unit needs to be manually dismantled and loaded on trucks to be taken away.
We can assist with disconnecting the power & water.
The unit needs to be removed strictly by --- (in 2 weeks time).
