Demolition and removal of all materials from site of approx 58m2 of existing decking, joists, bearers and posts. Available for immediate commencement. Portoloo and water on-site. Deck largely close to ground, up to max. 1.4m above ground level close to existing front door. All existing furniture and the like will be removed and there is space for a small truck to park on the metal pad alongside the deck. Scope is all of the deck & substructure within the yellow outline.
