Wifi extension installation

Hi, I have a boarding house with a new area and various data cable ports already installed. I just need the new area to get wifi coverage. The situation is that there is a new building on the same property as an old building. The new building is only a couple of meters away from the old building, so it's more like an extension of the same property. The old building has an existing modem/ONT. As per the electrical plan of the new building there is a data cabinet, 2x cat6 outlets and a "wireless access point outlet". I'm not sure why there are so many different outlets and access points. Can it be as simple as installing one or two wifi extenders? I am concerned that all these complicated outlets and access points that someone already installed are confusing and making the job more complicated than it needs to be. Maybe they didn't need to be installed at all??? The invoices about the construction job have the following info about the wireless access points: "Installed data link from New Build data cabinet to existing modem/ONT." Controller cloud key UC-CK Ubiquiti UniFi Access point wireless long range 802.11N UAP-LR Ubiquiti UniFi Photos: The round thing seems to be the "wireless access point outlet" on the plan. There are 3 of them in the hallway. Data cabinet in the laundry room. Data outlets in the kitchenette. Front and back of the modems in the old buildings.
